Once you place your order for a personalised cardboard delivery can take up to 7 working days. All cardboard cutouts are non-returnable and non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any changes within 24 hours of placing their order. Read our full Terms & Conditions.

Please Note: all these orders are sent via DHL and costs are based on the weight and dimensions of a single package. If you want to buy more than 1 unit please do contact us for delivery costs. If the shipping cost is above this amount we will contact you. We do advise that you order well in advance as we cannot guarantee the delivery time and cannot take responsibility if orders take longer to arrive.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Personalised Cardboard Cutouts, we take great pride in making and keeping our customers completely satisfied with our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase then please contact us so we can work together to resolve the issue. Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason, we do not offer refunds if work has been carried out to create your order. In cases where we have dispatched your goods and delivery has been attempted on more than one occasion, additional delivery charges may apply if the order is returned to us by the courier after continued failed delivery attempts.
We do not offer refunds for goods arriving damaged and will only reproduce goods that are damaged if they are signed for as โdamagedโ on the courierโs delivery note copy. We also request that customers notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order should they not be satisfied with their order, and we will require a photograph of the damaged goods to be sent to us, and may also require the goods to be returned to us for inspection. If you do return your goods we will need them returned within 48 hours of receiving it and supply us with a valid tracking number.
We do not offer refunds or provide replacement reprints where the colour accuracy of the prints we supply is not acceptable to the customer unless we have a prior agreement to match a sample print that the customer provides. All paperwork should be included within the parcel.
